Besh's Restaurants ?

What will be happening with Besh's restaurants in New Orleans? I read where he has left the Besh Group for good reason.

I don't think he was really involved much day to day (hard to be with so many restaurants anyway) so I'd guess it's (less?) business as usual.

Change the menu to add more chicken breasts and rump steaks?
