Who knows why kids make the decisions that they do, but Tulane has as good a RB story to tell than just about anyone. We just need butts in the seats, like the ones at the UCF game.
Plan your work, work your plan.

Oh the bastions of the glass is 1/8th full or if Bakare doesn't sign it must be Scottie Dickson's fault.Man in Green wrote:Comments on the other board.long green wrote:What "have you read" other than the linked story above?

Bakare got hurt in playoff game. Complicating recruiting factor?

Agri-business is not farming. It's closer to a management degree. We'll see if he bolts but he could get a degree he could use for what he wants to do at Tulane.Man in Green wrote:A prediction based on experience and he wants to major in farming. I'm referring to one of the old pastimes on gotula.net. You might mean another forum altogether.

Cow/Dick was an appropriate moniker referring to the two baffoons that gave Tulane 15 years of miserable athletics. It’s all in the past now.

Guerry’s site. A poster who is usually reliable. He’s not optimistic.

And here is the official Mizzou offer - https://twitter.com/simirollin/status/9 ... 5748915200
Maybe he'll think twice with Mizzou losing their OC today...

Don't see anything showing he has decommitted. Hopefully he understands that while mizzou is in the SEC, they aren't what makes the SEC what it is, like a Bama, Georgia, or Auburn. Tulane puts more RBs in the NFL than mizzou, and has a higher academic profile.

He doesn't mention that he's visiting MU this weekend. He could still be playing. If he visits here this weekend I'll feel better. If not, I'd write him off. The staff is reaching out to other backs.

In the state semis next Saturday at Baylor. Bakare played a little yesterday but is not fully recovered from injury.
If Cedar Ridge makes state championship game, he's not making any recruiting visits most likely before signing period.
I'll let the crystal gazers here guess what any and all of this means for his recruiting.

Per Missouri people on twitter, Bakare told Missouri's coach that he flipped to Missouri.
Hopefully, he'll stick with the Wave once home.

Best of luck to him. 3rd back & 2nd QB look like the areas we will focus on in February.
