AA is really stinking it up tonight otherwise I'd update. Artigues cleared ducks on the pond with a double earlier to get us the 3 run lead.

Sam's first pitch was a strike. Then he threw 9 straight out of the zone.

Finally! Price comes in and induces a first-pitch fly out.

Without Spoon's error, they would not have scored. But after the dropped fly they got 5 runs on 2 hits, 2 hbp, and a slew of walks.

After 8-1/2, Wave 11 - SELa 13

A Tim Grubbs trifecta! "Here's the pitch now. It's going to be up and away here..."

I think the over/under on how many times he uses those 3 words/phrase like that has got to be at least 800! At least every pitch. It really grates on me. Especially when he tells me what it's "going to be" after it's already happened.

Maybe I just miss Graf.

Haha. Almost same over/under as how many free bases we give up per game.
Ball 4, ball 8, ball 12.

this coach shows way too much favortism on certain pitchers. Massey gets yanked after one batter, yet Sam waiks a few and hits a batter before yanking him. Blew last nights game also,

That’s not really favoritism. Massey is probably going to start a game this Weekend, so you don’t want him going long.
I’m also assuming he was brought in to face a lefty and he was only going to face one hitter regardless of outcome

Exactly. Massey was brought to face one batter - and of course he walked him. No drama here.
