Tulane v TSU

Post by CletusRelm »

It has been posted that Ross Massey is to start at pitching against TSU.

I believe Massey can do a fine job. Since he has not pitched in a while, wouldn't it be safe to have a pitcher in the bull pen at the start of the game to begin warming up ASAP, or are we going to have to wait until TSU is up by 8 runs before we have a pitching change? Maybe if this was done for the Friday ETSU game, maybe we would not have lost the game and have swept the series, which is what TU should have done (that is sweep the ETSU series). :-D

Would be nice to see Ross get back to his old self.

We're all pulling for Ross to find himself. May it start tonight.

Wasn't always pretty but he gave us 5.2 innings of good work. Good sign though.

5.2 IP 2 R 1 ER 9 H 3 BB 5 K 110 pitches.

Did Graff say why he was calling the game from the third base line?

As was stated already it wasn't perfect but Ross went further than anyone probably figured he would. Nice to see White come in and have a good outing too. Back into conference play.

Right now - 2 runs 1 earned I'll take in 5.2 innings.

a lot to like, another win (confidence booster), still decent hitting, and a good outing by Massey. If he could just get back in form......
