Glen Calliuett

Post by waverider »

Glen C announced on Twitter that he is now a graduate transfer at Texas Southern. I wish him well.

Are we jumping the gun here? His tweet says he has received an "offer" from TSU. Lots of high school seniors in the past months tweeted the same thing about an "offer" from Tulane who then signed with another school; so I'm not taking it as 100% he is going to TSU until he says so.

Good luck to him wherever he lands.

I may have misread it. I thought the one I read made it sound like he was their newest transfer.

Glad we didn't set off the fireworks. He now has added an "offer" from Murray State on his twitter site. He clearly has options so good for him.

Looks like Glenn will be the starting QB at the start of the season

They play at Houston on Sept 22 (their lone FBS game)

Here's a better article from Aug 2 (when it was still a 2 man QB race)

Who knows one day he might actually add something to the conversation. There's always a first time.

Glen being the starter at a different school is a moot point. You know why? He's no longer at Tulane.

Not one word over four letters for you. Keep trying and you'll get there some day.

It's not a moot point on a forum devoted to chat about former players. Congrats to Glen, I'm glad any hard feelings I may have had just dissolved 36 hours ago.

A) I still don't care about people that abandon the program
B) the moot comment is because some people still haven't bothered to look up the definition

Glen abandoned nothing. He graduated and looked for a new place to play and was open about it.

Is he still in school? Is he playing football? Answer no to either of those then I may care, other than that he left our program so don't care.

Maybe we should just start purposely misspelling the names of players who transfer out. All the best to Quiiiiette and Bruntlidge.

Why do you think that everyone else would care about the fact that you don’t care?
