Hard to believe, there is a worse bullpen than 2019 Tulane

The Red Sox may have the biggest joke of a bullpen this side of the 2019 Green Wave... gotta love ownership who has taken the "well, we gave 'em a World Series... that'll buy us a few years until they start to get angry, again" approach since 2004.

I don't think 5 or 6 of the guys in the pen right now would be on another active roster in MLB.

Haven't the Sox won 3 Series since 2004? Including a wire to wire job last year? If that's coasting I'll have what they're having.

4 if you include 2004 (2007, 2013, 2018 also).

Yeah, there are fan bases out there that would gladly take 1 over the past 15 years. But the Sox brass needs to adopt the Patriot ownership mentality.. "win it every year".. and not take a couple off until the fan base gets restless, again.

The Phillies bullpen blew a 6 run lead tonight against the last place Marlins. Need to fire all of them.

Um check out the Nats bullpen era and get back to me. Worst in the majors and all-time historically bad. They are throwing away a playoff caliber season otherwise by having nobody outside of Doolittle, the closer.

And also, Jmac I'm with Pete. Boston has had enough championships in the last 19 years to last most cities a century.

the bullpen gave up another 10 runs today in 3 2/3 IP.. it is not a "non problem".. the Boston bullpen, despite the ERA, is tragically bad. I am not going to dig, but I imagine their ERA versus the Yankees alone is in the 30s

In the last 7 days the Mets have a 7.36 ERA

Even at the highest level of the game it takes a special sort of effort to manage an ERA over 5.74

Boston's is 8.00 overall in their last 7... not going to take the time to figure in the bullpen's contribution to that
