Terrible effort all away around. Looked like crap all away around. From coaching to offense to special teams to defense. Embarrassing performance.

Wouldn't go that far but are better than what we showed, that's for sure. Looks like my game prediction was very accurate.

I'm reconsidering my post.TUPF wrote: ↑Tue Dec 22, 2020 5:26 pmI know you are being tongue in cheek but I thought we'd show better, even with all the personnel challenges. We picked ourselves up after three psyche crushing losses and finished strong in the 2nd half of the season. To see us sleepwalk through the first half here, playing and coaching soft was humiliating. Now we are at least in the conversation. Will we pull it out? Don't know, but at least I'm not changing the channel.

Yes! Year 5, STILL not playing whistle to whistle.tulaneoutlaw wrote: ↑Tue Dec 22, 2020 5:31 pm This btw is yet another example of why Fritz ball is soooo frustrating. We rarely play a complete game. Either we come out hot and fade or we take 3 Haymakers on the chin before getting off the mat. We will never, ever win 9 or 10 games if we can't give a complete effort whistle to whistle. I know we have a ton of guys missing, but still.

I'm telling you, too much going on within the program to expect a great performance.

Re: Potato Bowl
Pratt better learn two things: He ain't bullet-proof and how to throw the ball away. Or else he is going to get killed.

Here's a stat that really shows you what our pass defense is like: Nevada qb has 5 TDs, 6 incompletions

Pull Pratt. The only thing that can happen now is a gurney.

Why is Pratt even in the game?
Re: Potato Bowl
That was an effing embarrassment. And the head coach needs to say that.

Re: Potato Bowl
Very sloppy performance overall. There are myriad excuses for why. Players missing, coordinator turnover, off the field stuff. But at the end of the day all that will be remembered is Nevada showed up and played 4 good quarters and whipped us. And that sucks. Now on to next season

Missing too many important parts today. Just one of those games.
