With this trend his next stop might be a high school OC.

Wasn’t he the OC at Ole Miss under Freeze?

Yes. He continues to ratchet down in job visibility. Next stop, high school.

That would have been some road trip with those two. Would there have been a conflict if the escort service had cheerleaders?

Amazing the disrespect for someone who brought us our highest ranking in the last 70 years.

Truthful. The guy did a great job for us. There's no joy in seeing Tulanians making light of him. If we fail next year and move on from WF the same people will be saying hire RR.

He has made his bed. All jokes and criticism are fair game. We appreciated his contribution, we screwed him over. Statute of Limitations has expired. Expend your energy on something else is my advice to you.

Re: Rich Rodriguez
We'll have to agree to disagree. If Arizona fans want to mock him fine. Tulane fans shouldn't. With our complete lack of success over the decades we should appreciate and respect the few who gave us a thrill.Rotorooter wrote: ↑Thu Jan 14, 2021 9:37 amHe has made his bed. Just like how Penn State fans appreciate and respect Paterno?wavedom wrote: ↑Thu Jan 14, 2021 12:45 pmWe'll have to agree to disagree. If Arizona fans want to mock him fine. Tulane fans shouldn't. No one is above reproach if they do bad things, even if they happen after they did good things for you.
All of that said, this is a little ribbing on an internet board. There are much worse things.
Re: Rich Rodriguez
Paterno allowed those things to happen at Penn State. So however they want to go is fine. RR did good here. His issues were at Arizona. But haters gonna hate and some just can't help themselves feel better about themselves by trying to pull others down to their levels with snark.

My time with Coach Rodriguez made me a better man.
I will forever be grateful for what he did for everyone in the program - the two years that he was at Tulane.

As far as Rich Rod goes, my opinion is to "Forgive and Forget". It is the least we can do. And lest we forget...we still have those memories.

I agree with wavedom. We would never have gone undefeated without Coach Rod. He transformed Shaun King. He brought an offense to campus that Was ahead of its time.
