Burns hit a long out, about 2 feet from the LF wall.
Laprairie singles with a smash through the right side.

Lee bounces one to 3rd, who muffs the throw. Runners on the corner with 1 out.
The Englehard drives in Laprairie; 1st & 2nd, 1out, Wave up 1-0.

I really liked the play by play guy yesterday. Kenny B and Ron Swoboda is painful.

Houston center fielder total misjudged that but made a great catch. 1-0 after 1.

Groff and Burns both gave the ball a good ride that inning.

Wind blowing out. Definately going to be some home runs today.

Outfielders no longer playing in Metairie. I’m glad the staff realized positioning guys at the wall is a mistake.

Benoit hits a guy. 1 out and 1 on.

No way to defend against a hit batter. And with 2 strikes, it hurts the pitcher more than the batter.

Followed by a walk. He needs to trust his stuff. No reason to nibble. Infuriating.

Hart is really struggling at the plate. Good contact there but right at left fielder.

Yep. He wobbles a lot, but so far he hasn't fallen down.

Easy inning. I wish Burns would have taken a pitch or two. To the third, 1-0 Wave.
