No problem! Sorry I've sometimes been slow!

Pulling for UM and Navy for obvious reasons. AAC needs to continue widening gap with other G5/independents.

P6 is a longshot but now seems more doable especially if UGA beats LSU and SEC gets two teams in CFB playoff. The more P5 champs frozen out the more pressure there will be to expand it.

Plus with new TV contract, AAC is best bargain ESPN has. It is in its interest to promote AAC to max.

Finally if AAC continues to "own" NY6 Access slot then finding an outstanding football addition from those frozen out is also more doable. A western team will have made the Access bowl once in seven (or is it six?) years. They'll understand the math and see a better path to success is through AAC (or anti-trust litigation. )

So the same game gets the ABC prime mid-day time slot two weeks straight. Weird, but hey, "if you didn't get to watch last week, maybe you'll watch this week!"

Go Memphis, get us that NY6 bid! (BTW, what does Tulane get monetarily from that?)

Navy should beat Army handily. Unlike many rivalries that are always different from the "expected" outcome (lookin' at you, Iron Bowl), Army/Navy seems to usually fall right in line with whatever team is better that year, and typically one of the two is notably better every year.

I disagree about Army Navy. I remember a couple of games where the worse team one. A game where a handful of wins team (Army IIRC) upset a handful of losses team a few years ago.

Not saying it never happens, but it seems like that game follows the favorite more than most rivalry games. I could be wrong though, I'm not looking anything up... just seems that way.
