USM vs ULL

Unread post by waverider »

A crazy first quarter. USM threw a pick on the first play then held ULL on 4th down. After a USM intercepted a pass they drove for a TD. ULL blocked the PAT and returned it for 2 pts.

6-2 USM in the 1st qtr.

After missing a FG with a minute left in the half, ULL trails 29-11 at the half.

ULL had the ball down 32-24 with just under two minutes left and threw a pick six to go up 39-24 which would be the final score.

USM fans acting like they won a championship but at least they didn’t rush the field.

I was there, it was a strange game. USM just scraps on defense. ULL has a surplus of big receivers, one of whom looks like a pro. Near perfect football weather.

I was walking down the ramps when someone, anyone, may have run on to the field.

They showed USM’s defense is ranked pretty high.
