Our QBs need to put their mouthpiece into their mouth!

With a 45-point lead and under 22 minutes to play, I'm not overly concerned... Yet.

Will someone get a note to this announcer. Tell him it's not ALLcorn St, but Alcorn.
He pronounces it like always.

And we proceed to fumble the ball away into end zone.

From the pregame show, I believe they said he was injured.

I'm concerned about Celestine's lack of ball protection. He's played well, had some really nice runs, but fumbled in endzone (just now) and fumbled last week at 5 yd line. He won't get many more touches with that track record. And we need him out there to rest our starters.

Carroll isn’t dressed out. Wear a brace on his ankle. Must have gotten hurt in practice.

Pratt's final rating -- 255.3
Ibieta so far -- 153.9 (which is very respectable in itself)

Dang. I hope he can play next week. Or the rest of season if not then. We have had bad luck with injuries.

The bad thing with this lead is that you don't want to continue to throw against a team you're already crushing. But we'd like Ibieta to get some practice and experience with gametime passing.

Trevor Evans jumps about 30 feet into the air to make a 1-handed catch! That's 10 for Tulane receivers so far in this game.

Frankly, he's almost 4th string as it is. Clayton and Celestine are basically ahead of him (though Celestine needs to hold on to the ball). We don't need to rush Carroll back, we need him to be totally healthy.

When was our last shutout? Last one I can think of is USL in 1997.
